About Sign-Ups/Tee Box Assignment/Index/Handicap

Calendar page - Provides the ability to sign up for HMGA rounds and banquet events.  Click on the More Info selection beside each round to find out the start time and on which course the round will be played.

Tee Box Assignment - NEW - Default Tees.  The HMGA has assigned each player a default tee ( Blue, Combo, Copper, or Silver) based on the shortest tee a player qualifies for under HMGA rules ( need to be 65 or older, or have Blue Tee Handicap of 12 to qualify for Combo;  for Copper Tees- meet Rule of 80 or 85, or be 70 years or older, must be 80 years or older to play Silver) .  These tee selections for each member are shown in the attached file.  If no default tee appears next to your name, we are missing either your handicap GHIN or birthdate to enable the selection of a Default Tee. If this is the case for you, contact Timothy Wilson at the Hills pro shop or by email shown below.   If you wish to change your default tee to a longer tee, please contact  timothy.wilson@invitedclubs.com with your preferred default tee selection.   IF you wish to play a different tee for a specific tournament, you need to contact Timothy Wilson prior to the event close time, which will always be 12:00 pm the day before the event. 

Who's Playing page - Displays the players who are signed up for a round.  The pairings and tee assignments for the round may be shown the morning of the round or the night before. 

Your Index page - Your index is updated 1 day before each scheduled round.

Your Course Handicap page - Shows your Course Handicap for the men's tees on each of our Courses, Flintrock Falls and The Hills Signature Course.  It is based on the index which is updated 1 day before the scheduled round.  This can be used on the day of play to verify your Handicap you see on the scorecard.  You can select previous rounds to see what your course handicap was on the day of a previous round.
